| Message | The Z32 TT isn't competitive in its SCCA class; but it can be a lot of fun. Local clubs often have different classifications, and the local competition may not be that stiff. You'll have trouble keeping up with your friends Mazda, but it isn't a big deal. Local meets are more about fun than bragging rights. A big part of competion is the driver too, but turbo lag is a disadvantage on the course. It depends on the course set up too - a small tight course is difficult in the Z32, but a longer looser course can be a great equalizer. Aside from lag, understeer is the problem you'll be fighting. If you have a chance to auto-x - go for it! It will teach you alot about your car's handling capability and give you some good experience. Run max pressure in the rears, a few pounds less in the front, disconnect the electronic shocks in front, then set to sport, get a good launch, brake late, and remember - if you are under control, you're going too slow :-)
